Exhibit Hall
Our new 36,000 Square Foot Exhibit Hall is a great new addition to the Helena Area. Numerous Events, from Car Shows, Boat Shows, Concerts, Conventions, etc. can take place here. Please contact the Fairgrounds Office for more information and availability.
Entry Hall
Our 5,000 Square Foot Entry Hall is great for Dinners, Anniversaries, Weddings, Wedding Receiptions, Dog Training and a host of other events.
Multi-Purpose Building
This Building is used for shows, expos, indoor rodeos, and riding. It is rented by the hour or the day. This Building is 120’ x 200’. Bathroom facilities are attached to the building. An 80’ x 165’ indoor arena can be set up with bleachers, chutes and concession stands for a complete show or rodeo. It is equipped with a sound room and announcer/timer booth with sound needs. A complete sound system can also be rented for your event. Corrals and alleyways are available.
Open Riding
Open Riding Hours are Monday Through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Rates are $8.00 p/hour, per/person. Please call ahead to make sure arena is available. Only riding allowed. No Props or livestock allowed.
Main Picnic Shelter
This is a 31’ x 48’ open shelter with a rock fireplace on the north side. The shelter is surrounded by playground equipment, picnic tables, and horse shoe pits. There is an open grass area for volleyball, softball, etc. An excellent family reunion or group gathering location. There are 7 picnic tables provided at no additional costs.
Rustic Shelter
This is a 31’x 48’ semi enclosed shelter with a fireplace and barbecue in the middle of the building. Good location for outdoor parties and BBQ’s.
Kiwanis Shelter
This is a 24’ x 42’ open shelter. This shelter is adjacent to a large open field and is excellent for many outdoor activities.
Stalls
All stall rentals come with one bag of shavings. Cost is $15.00 per stall per day or $80.00 per month. There is also a $5.00 per stall cleaning deposit to be prepaid and fully refundable if stall is cleaned upon departure.
